Has anyone ever tried to get a pokemon egg, wait until it says "this egg will hatch soon" then saved the game took a few steps, saved, and repeated that until the next few steps it would hatch. then if it wasn't shiny shut the game off and repeat those few steps to hatch over until it was shiny? I just though of this, but would it work? I think it would be better then having 10 boxes full of lvl 1's.
