It’s impressive how well she ingrained herself into the fandom. All the other girls, except maybe dawn were phased out almost completely by their replacements, yet 4 years later Serena endures so strongly that the thread schizo who says he hates Serena is talking to himself about Serena. I thought maybe she’d phase out during PM since the SM girls were pretty hollow in comparison but now that we have cute Koharu and kikuna and everyone would still rather discuss Serena shows it wasn’t just a fluke due to SM being bad but rather Serena’s power level is just that high.

The way she became an assertive action girl and the first since misty to get into an argument where she had to knock some sense into him? Based!

That insane growth that we haven’t seen before or since? B-B-B-BASED

I just love how much effort they put into Serena and now that they’ve had their lazy season I can’t wait to see what effort they put into Koharu. Either way, if they care even half as much as they did with Serena I’m sure it’ll be BASED!

Now imagine being a mod. And getting absolutely flooded with seething every time Serena wins (which as we’ve established is ALL THE TIME). Your job would be unbearable. So you have to try to make those wins go away. It’s perfectly understandable.
