>A new breed of Dunsparce was found far deeper under the mountains of Sinnoh than anyone had ventured before. Their tails allow them to burrow great distances, though their hindered sight makes it difficult for them to know where they're going. Some dug too close to the surface and nested there. Unable to adapt to their new environment, they grew weak over the generations and became the smaller, weaker variant we know today.
