Similar regional variants in Alola. Hybrids are essentially just "fusions" of certain Pokemon. The only requirement that I held was that both lines must have the same amount of evo's and they must be in the same egg group. I also tried my best to not only combine certain design elements from both lines but also kept on the mindset of creating an original Pokemon out of it too.

Astral Phenomenon are form changes that can only achieved when certain conditions are met. Not item holding required. It depends on the battle field. When a Pokemon that has the ability to on go "Astral Projection" is active on a field condition I'm calling "Stellar Plane" they achieve a higher form called "Stellar Forms." With this, Pokemon exclusive to this receive a new type in Cosmic, each also receiving a unique move (basically a Z-Move) that can only be used one. Some attacks are powerful, some are standard, some are status moves, others can be useless. Each design is based on constellation.
