While the latter argument is something I can accept, they are usually quite confrontational about it in an 'everything or nothing!' manner.
Like, for instance, one such person stating how GF should better make Gallade non-sexist by allowing Kirlias of both gender to evolve into one by the stone - or at least make Gallade the inferior one if he cannot embrace the genderfluid.
