Something I have noticed (I am new to breeding). Sometimes the iv judge says a pokemon is outstanding yet only has 2 maxed IVs yet he may only say its superior when 3 are maxed. When he says 'this stat cannot be beat' is that just because it's fairly close to 31 but may not actually be maxed?
