Personally, I do think USUM will be better than Gen 8 on Switch. I enjoyed SM and think some extra content will fully flesh out what will be a great, if not decent Pokemon entry.
However, Gen 8 has a huge burden on its shoulders. Breaking that console gap and also on better graphics is a hard task. For now, since I have no grasp as to what GF is capable on Switch, I will just have to be cautiously awaiting a trailer for it in the future.
