I don't care about the IV's, I just want it shiny. So if you look at pic related, does that mean I open the game at 1:09:27 (3 second delay on the ds-i), don't press any buttons until I see the shooting star, continue my save and then open up my party and listen to chatot's summary page 40 times (because the "shiny frame" is 41 and you start on frame 1, so you need to advance the frame 40 times???)... And the stuff on the left is PIDRNG which applies to nature and stuff that I don't care about?
