Today's assignment: make Arcanine work.
I thought the prevalence of big basics would make baby Arcanine decent, but lining up 4 energies every turn is rough, and pogo zard is super inconsistent. So here we are, Arcanine with the funny hat, a single baby Arc, and a bunch of cluncky acceleration.
Also, thought about Mela vs Raihan? And Bib + Greninja vs Revavroom + rad zard?
