>>39363098It's typical for the route and obviously works from a game mechanics perspective (although some of the E4 matchups are a bit dicey), but in a casual playthrough you'd want a full team around that level, not just one pokemon, and the gag was the narrative prespective of Blue creating a well-balanced team of L60+ mons, beating the most powerful trainers in KANTOOOOOO, and five minutes later getting unceremoniously dethroned by, essentially, an autistic gimmick team that, on paper, shouldn't stand a chance against him.
