Tinkaton is a Fairy-Steel so it still takes 1x from Steel-type moves.
The only moves Tinkaton can learn that are supereffective against steel types is Bulldoze, which Skarmory and Corvinight are immune to due to it being ground, Rock Smash, with a fearsome base power of 40, and Brick Break, which again Skarmory and Corvinight only take 1x from due to their flying type.
