Are these macguffins independent and simultaneous so the logic is that each one tells its own story in the same continuity or is it plot coupon collection where the heroes need to gather all seven dragonballs to summon the great scaly frat boy and wish for a barbecue to remember? (Pic related)
If they're simultaneous you might be writing something with a narrative structure more informed by Pulp Fiction than National Treasure.
You also need to be clear about the stakes. Since there are more than one macguffin in play, there are three possible climaxes. Good gets them all and turns them over to Top Men, Evil gets them all and Good must defeat Super Evil, or both teams get a few and the climax is each side fighting for the other's collection. (Which may be colored if individual macguffins bestow individual powers.)
