>>48962173I'm glad that you've responded David, that means a lot as far as everyone having a mature discussion about events and reasons go.
The interest that you have in Grandia fan art is fine, lots of people have monotonic interests and wish to see art and renderings from it. So far, so sympathetic - and I'm glad that you are willing to accept a stranger's charity for what it is.
There remains a question of fundamental reasoning - the why of your past behaviour in a critical sense. I want you to reflect on this question - take your time to answer it if you will. Consider how you used to nitpick artwork for not including details that. you clearly EXPECTED - but didn't actually request. Ask yourself how this happened so frequently. If these details matter to you, surely you should include them in the request? Or does that result in an overly long and burdensome ask for the artist? If so, have you considered offering money, or approaching commissioning artists?
Now if you are willing to begin practicing your own artistic skills, and by that I mean right now, as a top priority - a solution may be found down that avenue. That said, no-one becomes a great artist in one fell swoop. Have you considered a collaboration? Asking an artist to do one bit of a piece while you do another - say you provide the sketch and ask them to flesh it out, or you agree to colour the piece yourself? This is mostly food for thought - since you have such a strong desire for this art, it would pay to be flexible as possible in your approach, and not rigid or brittle.
Beyond that, there's a question that may seem obvious or irrelevant but which is ultimately quite important - why Grandia? Why not any other fictional characters, and why the specific situations that you ask? Since this clearly does matter to you, it would help if you could explore your own feelings for us, and try to relate this to many confused anons If you are reasonable, I'm sure you will be received with decency.
