Pokeradar chained it back in Pearl (along with 5 other Budew which I traded). It wasn't my first shiny, but it was the first one I intentionally tried to catch.

I like flowery grass types, of which Roserade is among my favorites, and I'm glad that it has a shiny that's both recognizable (ex: not Gengar/Garchomp status) and aesthetically pleasing.

Not counting ones I've bred/chained/SRed (because I don't feel like puling out my game/I don't remember them all), I've found random shinies of Dratini, Swinub, Rattata, Bidoof, Karrablast, Zubat, and Fletchling. Only one I didn't catch was Rattata because it was part of Crystal's Pokemon catching tutorial, the NPC got it instead I guess.
