You need a full back view because animators and model sculptors will need it to understand what the design looks like, and they’ll need it for reference.
Other stuff will be divided such as limbs and many others of the pokemon’s details.
It is not a sculptors job to piece together these blobs together, they are working at a schedule, and a concept sheet like the astrobunny would result in it being sent back and redone entirely.
