starter signatures. each of these was an idea put forth the last time the subject was brought up. these are the ones i liked the best, i feel like the make sense with the flavor of the moves.
specifics could be changed though. i'm not sure when aguanaut would want to learn an 85bp physical water move. it might have too much overlap with waterfall and aquatail. i considered lowering the accuracies a bit on these but i definitely don't think they are broken. virbant leaf is a bit better than energy ball but it has half the pp. battering ram would probably have 90-95% accuracy if gamefreak made it. because they hate giving rock types accuracy.
