Just play Pokemon Compass. A single mod that overhauls the game that playing without it is impossible.
And no, it's not like the "just make it harder" like Pokemon China Emerald, Radical Red and Drayano, its actual fair and well thought out challenge. The best part is that you can get trade and hisuian evolutions in game with an item or leveling.
Give it a chance, it's that good. Trying to nuzlocke this mod and never had that much fun with Pokemon in years
