>>54959781>Of course it all sounds like bunk when read at first, but then you find out Paradox Donphan is real, and you start asking yourself some questions. This does not mean Occulture is suddenly real.
>Every bit of occulture is then FURTHER verified by Area Zero, which just so happens to have Pokemon with strong (not exact, mind you, STRONG) similarities with the creatures described.Or, and stay with me now, Occulture is just based on the events from Heath's record and the Professor's just used it as a secondary source for their obsession. You don't need to do all these mental gymnastics about Arven reading Occulture when he straight up doesn't even read the Scarlet/Violet book until the very end of the game.
The fact of the matter is, Heath's record only describes the Paradoxes but doesn't say they're from the past or future. The imaginary sketch is just that, imaginary, and the Paradoxes we see based on it are in line with whatever Occulture's Jan-March issues has to say.
Both lines of Paradoxmon are canon to both versions. They come from the magazine, and those themselves are just loosely based on the book.
