>>33681914It's a vine snake that has elements of a blooming flower and French royalty. The three elements aren't something you'd think would work but do. The white of a blooming flower like pic related stands in for the powder used by Medieval nobility, and a fleur de lis, another symbol of French royalty, ties the bloom with the rest of the body. The ivy tail is a little more obscure; ivy is tied in several European legends to fertility and resurrection, two qualities also associated with snakes in many cultures. The reason snakes are associated with fertility and resurrection is because they shed their skin periodically, which typically peels off head first. So the head is both a bloom and a snake slipping out of its old skin. Not sure what snakes you've been looking at, but serperior is pretty average in width for a snake that long. The only real flaw is the taped on yellow markings, but even they add a little splash of color and keep it from looking too plain.
It's easily one of the best grass starters.
