Once you fully explore the enemy territory you have to battle the admins. Defeating the last admin of each territory lets you trace a map of how to find their boss, the bosses must be left to the end because they all are overleveled, once all territories are explored you must be leveled enough to take down every boss (kind of an elite8).
Defeating bosses doesnt make them disband their teams but it ruins their current plans making them less dangerous. Once you defeat all the other 7 teams, you take on your own boss (In Piers case is he the one that will challenge you as thanks), defeating them and becoming the local champion, bringing some peace to the region.
