You know? It's kind of funny how I used to be in love with Misty and ship her with Ash when i was a kid yet I never became one of those Mistyfags you see all over the internet. You could even say I erase her from Ash shipping list the moment AG started. The truth is, I've always shipped Ash with every main girl in every season. Well, except for Iris because I wasn't really interested in BW. But I have shipped Ash with Misty, May, and Dawn (This one became my preferable ship with Ash). I also shipped him with Serena but then notice their interactions were kind of boring and personality wise she wasn't really a good match for him. Now I don't really ship him with anybody because I realized Ash will never settle down with a girl. He'll keep going to adventures forever and if one day Ash retires then I doubt they'll show him with his family on Pallet Town. It will probably be him battling on a tournament of some kind with the last shot being "I Choose You Pikachu".
