Fun fact: Despite taking up 7.6% of the Pokedex, Dark type Pokemon make up 50% of all wild battles in Unova.
In fact, 90% of all intertype wild battles in Unova are committed by Dark types... against Normal types... So what if all Dark types were to... suddenly... disappear from the Pokedex?
Fainted Pokemon would go down 49.7 percent, money lost from blacking out would go down 40 percent, the average Special stat would go up about 100 points, and Pokérus victims would go down a staggering... 67... percent.
Significant changes for type that only makes up 7.6% of the population.
