Y'know... for all this series' flaws, for all its failings, it's stumbles, the soullessness, the cheapness, and ultimately Gamefreak's utter inability to have their games stand side-by-side with pride next to all the other games that have similar amounts of, or even less, success, something they seem to do so damn fucking well, consistently, is the music. There have been some stinkers for sure, but not one gen, no, not a single one, has ever truly dropped the ball in terms of its OST.
Love me some poe-gee-man tunes, and sometimes, that's all I need.
