Hardy, being a decent dude but also rather dumb, can't see it that way and asks if Saphira would do the same if it was one of her sisters. Stone-cold, she says yes. Charlotte overhears this and gets upset enough to fucking steal the jewelry from us to hand over to the fuck Meteors.
This turns out to have been a ruse. Her previous decisions also involved refusing to negotiate with evil terrorists. This buys us time for a gym fight, but Laura is still missing. Hmm.
