i recall some people being worried that fortifry isn't terrible enough. let me promise you it is going to be terrible. it has 45 base special attack and doesn't learn a stab move over 40 power until level 40.
yes, it's not as bad as magikarp but it evolves 15 levels later than magikarp. that's pretty bad.
