why would you preorder it? go invest in a 16 or 32 gig sd card and download it. it takes up a nice amount of space but worth it. idk if anyone here is a fan of animal crossing but having it digitally is nice cause its a game you play often and just having it there all the time is nice. itll be the same niceness (for lack of a better term) for pokemon fo sho. plus its not like any of us would SELL x or y in the future. so keep it forever on your system.
