>>50617006Yes the same can be said for raichu. Raichu sucks. Starmie is good, but you have to remember misty wasn't firing off surf, psychic, hydro pump. Vileplume is actually terrible. It has bulk, but its slow and can't do anything other than petal dance.
Btw petal dance was 70 base power and thats its best move.
Alakazam is good, weezing sucks until it gets levitate, rhydon is equally shit too onix, and blaines rapidash is perhaps the worst pokemon in gen 1-3.
I am not kidding when i say spinda is better than rapidash. It might be as good as castform.
