I thought Cinnabar's burnt lab would be a good place for it to lvl up but turns out FR went for Yellow's selection and has Raticates there (BR's wild selection in this place was always superior). Dugtrio got its ass kicked by the two first Raticates there, which was the last drop for me.
Decided to use Marowak instead. Caught a bunch of them and found a neutral nature one with good to great IVs on all stats except SP Attack which doesn't matter for him. Too bad I couldn't get one with Rock Head ability AND good nature AND good IVs, but I have no regrets, this Marowak kicks major ass.
tl;dr: fuck Dugtrio, hail Marowak!
