You see it a lot, Psychic people are a natural phenomena throughout the Pokemon world, Sabrina even said that psychic power is in everyone.
Some people like Riley can use the power of Aura.
People like, Koga, Janine, Ninja boys, or the Shadow Triad who have incredible physical abiltiy cause their fuckin ninjas.
Or people like N, Friendship Checkers, the Foot print reader, who can more or less understand Pokemon and are basically Pokemon Whisperers.
Though this just might be a derivative of TelepathyAnd of course, webm related, and probably some other stuff.
I guess a question that would arise is, how far down the evolutionary line are humans from Pokemon?
