>>53926711>SetupDawn 5/5EX Adr1 tanking - Bertha 5/5 Haste - Aaron 5/5EX Vigilance. Dawn’s grid attached. On Aaron’s grid the only mandatory node is Staggering and Defend Order MPR to burn moves faster. On Bertha’s grid I picked up the tank nodes, Endurance, and Sands of Time.
Basic rundown of the battle:
>AaronReset for a flinch on the first attack; use TM
>DawnX Def All, then Seed Bomb
>BerthaTrap all three opponents
>Sync with Aaron >AaronUse last TM if you got MPR, otherwise spam Defend Order. Heal Order if Dawn gets too low.
>Dawn Seed Bomb on Kabutops, Razor Leaf works too if you don’t have the gauge
>BerthaSet up stealth rocks then do two TM uses
>Sync with Dawn, Kabutops should be a bit over half HP >AaronTry to get in a flinch. If you haven’t Heal Ordered already you’ll probably need to hear. Use Defend Order as backup.
>DawnSeed Bomb on Kabutops, Full Heal before the Mega Kick or else you will have to reset if Aaron didn’t get off the flinch
>BerthaRock Tomb only if you have excess gauge to spare, you really want to save the gauge for Aaron and Dawn
>Sync with Dawn, Kabutops should have a sliver left over Getting to this point is fairly consistent since it’s not too RNG dependent - if you miss a flinch with Aaron it’s no big deal. The last stretch of the fight is where you just pray that things go your way. Switch Dawn to targeting the Gastrodons (takes about two Power Reserves boosted Seed Bombs to KO). Set Sandstorm when they Rain Dance. If Kabutops hasn’t KO’d itself from trap damage, KO it before it can sync with a Razor Leaf. Your goal is to KO Kabutops with each Gastrodon having less than half HP. This is where you need to predict/memorize the enemy move order and pray for good luck because you need to flinch the attacking Gastrodon and KO the other one before it can queue a move, before finishing off the flinching Gastrodon.
Good luck anon, it’s a hard fight.
