OP, this is why the Pokemon Action Replay is super popular in EU. I have one for all the Pokemon DS games (makes EV training a lot less painful too). I'm hoping Nintendo will finally come into the 21st century with the 3DS, as it has a "proper" online component, so we'll all be able to access event pokemons, wherever we are on the world.
