The pokemon changes are done, but only gym leaders/E4/bosses have new teams. Heartgold has every trainer upto 300 edited + bosses. So a lot of the Johto trainers are edited.
This is a RMXP Moveset. It has a bunch of new moves.
Twirl is a 45 BP Physical 15% Effect Chance Dragon type move . In my game, Dragon type move have a small chance to heal for 1/16 Max HP.
Rake Is a 55 BP Physical +1 Crit Normal type move . The step between Scratch and Slash basicly.
Heatbloom is a 60 BP Special Fire type Swift move.
Iron Fist is a 75 BP Physical 15% Effect Chance Steel type move. May Paralyze.
Dragon Echo is a 85 BP Special 40% Effect Chance to heal 1/16 Max HP move.
Shater is a 110 BP Physical Normal move. Breaks Reflect/Light Screen.
