Well, searching through IndieDB I found this Pokémon Generations.
Damn, I don't know about you, but I'm hyped as hell.
It's still under development and I don't know if there are any Pokémon MMO's released (At least 3D ones), but this one looks promising and in the forums of the game there is a Patch/Update calendar that ends in 2015. That's a fucking lot of updates and patches, if you ask me.
inb4 Pokemon X and Y, I'm too poor to buy a damn 3DS
