I assume this is an uninformed copypasta that tries to dunk on the various ships. So just to minorly weigh in, the shiptease stuff with Misty and Ash, when they were traveling together went on during.

As for the movies, there is some ship tease with her in it. Although an interesting scene from Pokemon Heroes occurs where Ash gets kissed by Latias disguised as Bianca or its actually just Bianca, and Misty is more just stunned it happened it all instead of getting angry or jealous about it.
