There was legends about Dig City were you would be able to reach it with a pokemon using the TM Dig and you had to defeat every single trainer in the game including the gym non-leaders and probably something more. The city had no humans just a pokecenter and a pokemart that was selling masterballs and rarecandies for 1000, was single square of a cavern and had doors for Mew and whatever more.
This was before glitch city and the yellow version.
