Post a Luvdisc on gts with message "based OP" and ask for a level 100 of what you want.
I'll try to fulfil the requests in order (the luvdisc waiting the longest first), gifts are appreciated but not required.
Depending on the success of this I may do this kind of thing again with other pokemon (available pre gen 6) and ditto spreads (0 atk or 0 spd dittos, other hidden power, etc)
