your designs and ideas are pretty cool, but I have to say the regional forms really stretch the definition of a regional form and are more like the overly designed "edgy" Delta species in those crappy ROM hacks.
I strongly believe that their ethics behind a regional form is to still retain the original basic design or even silhouette if you will of the Pokemon. there's some wiggle room obviously like exeggutor but it still looks like exeggutor. when the regional forms start to look like new Pokemon and they aren't new evolutions oh, it's not a regional form. it's just a new Pokemon. seriously, look at all the regional forms we have gotten and noticed that none of them are dramatic changes from the basic design of the original Pokemon. there can definitely be tweaks like giving darmanitan that weird snowman head or making Sandshrew into an igloo oh, but the general shape of that Pokemon remains and you can look at it and immediately know what it was supposed to be. just food for thought. I think your regional forms are good in concept but need to be re designed to look more like the original Pokemon to make them feel more legit. the Psyduck and nidoran lines in particular are very drastic and need to be toned down
