He loses Dragon Dance and gains Recover. Now he's not hopelessly overshadowed by Garchomp, but more importantly, he can function as a great supporting mon. Dragon/Ground is actually a great defensive typing, especially with 108/121/95 defenses, and once he has reliable recovery, he can take advantage of the other rare support options he has, like Glare and Haze.
