I would love to know how far in advance all of this was planned out- did Nintendo know they would release most of the Gamecube's big hits within the first year and call for Pokemon RPG's to keep interest? Was that decided early enough to communicate it to Game Freak and they portioned Ruby and Sapphire's Pokemon accordingly? What set off the dominos?
You can use all the Gen 4 games with PBR, it just lacks models for the later formes. Ranch is the locked one.
