Concerning Lyra: I'm always happy to see more game protags in the anime, although I really wish they'd do something with the male protags/rivals other than cameos (Jimmy doesn't count just because that shit was 1000 years ago). In this regard I was more excited about the Cheren ep than the Lyra ones.
