Even the devs thenselves say "don't get too excited", no other dev has ever said that. They don't even have faith in themselves, and it's a sad fucking day when the fanbase has more passion and excitement than the fucking devs do about their own game.
No other dev would get the leeway Gamefreak does. They hit a fucking jackpot.
