This one time in middle school I wrote an entire aura guardian au with a shit load of ocs because I just barely watched the Lucario movie and thought it was the coolest thing ever and the idea of a medieval pokemon world where Ash also trained a Lucario was also pretty epic! I never posted it online though because my parents didn't want me making social media accounts, so they were lost to time since my old device stopped working and I didn't save it onto Docs or anything. (I'm pretty glad that Ash actually did train a Lucario at some point in the anime though!)
I also just got a friend into the games because we were talking about it the other day. He asked me which one to play and after trying to find out which one he was the most interested in, he decided that he was willing to give one of the G1 games a try (he barely knows anything about pokemon so it was basically me infodumping)
