The whole "Mimimi we need more blacks cuz me racism issue" is just overall stupid.
You see it everywhere, tons of franchises turning existing characters into blacks because they want to cater to the (mostly) american audience.
Instead of creating new characters, franchise and there like, they make a black superman, a black Iron man, a black protag from Detective Pikachu, turn canonically white characters into blacks like Fringilla Viggo in the Witcher series and many more.
on one hand they claim that whitewashing is as bad as scalping little kids with your bare hands, on the other hand they hail blackwashing as the biggest and greatest thing ever.
That double standard is whats pissing me off.
