>>39357616 The problems with many of these Pokemons are that there are things like Pseudo legendaries who just outclass mons, so the biggest buff you can do is something like the dex cut to remove some of the OP mons who outclass a lot of other Pokemons, but for now example. that Salamence and Dragonite are pretty much confirmed to NOT be in Galar region, Altaria will be the only Dragon/Flying type left that has access to Dragon dance, so it has much better change of actually being good, also Altaria had its niches too like Cotton Guard and few other unique moves like Sky Attack.
Because of "max moves", there will be a lot weather, so I can see Altaria being solid anti weather/setup Pokemon with Dragon dance, EQ, Dragon Claw and maybe Sky Attack to kill Fairies after one boost.
I would just buff its offences slightly as they are just ridiculously weak, +10 into ATK and SP.ATK for it to be a bit more offensive. I think this is enough for SWSH meta (Singles and VGC, not for Smogon)
(Also look at it, more than 80 offences wont suit how it looks lmfao)
