I considered adding Yveltal to my team since it's a Dark type too, but I already have a Dark/Flying type and I tend not to use legendary Pokemon as a rule. XY is easy enough as it is.
Now, if you're asking "how did you get a Zweilous if you haven't gotten to Victory Road yet?" the answer is "copious amounts of breeding and trading from another game". I used Deino as a substitute for my starter.
