I don't doubt it that dude has something wrong under the hood, but especially with the Cluster-B's, even if you can get them to come in for a session, it's a real challenge to convince them that they do have some kind of problem just from the nature of their disorder(s.) I genuinely think OP (assuming for a moment that they're not a solid 8/8 troll) needs some serious help, but I don't think for a moment that they're going to get it to be honest.
