I really think this might be a Farfetch’d evo or even more likely, a Pokémon parallel to it due to the weird type change. Here’s my reasoning for it.
The Japanese name is half revealed and the latter half is ナイト (Naito = Knight). Fetch’d’s japanese name is カモネギ (Kamonegi, negi being the leak and Kamo being duck). So maybe the next mon would be called カモナイト Kamoknight
Would make sense for them to only reveal it partially like this as well.
