They must have multiple 2D artists now, cause the quality varies from character to character. All of the Gen 9 characters so far look like their art was done by the better of the two Gen 8 artists, but then there's that grunt with the feet, who I assume was done by the same person who did Milo, Gordie, and the other awful Gen 8 portraits.
