I'm convinced this has been the worst year for normal Community Days so far. The past few years have been generally more bland than 2018 and 2019, but at least they had some sort of cool Community Day going for it. Goomy is such a disappointment for anyone that doesn't do GBL, and even if you do care about GBL, it's just another obnoxious Dragon Breath spammer in a sea of Dragon Breath spammers.
I think the only Community Days I've actually cared about this year were Chansey and all the Community Day Classics. There's tons of cool Pokémon they could've gone with (Magnemite, Horsea, Sneasel, Whismur, Aron, Tympole, Venipede, Vanillite, etc.) and instead they picked THREE fucking grass-types, after already doing Rowlet in January! Swear to God, I'm getting more incentives to play from Pikmin Bloom at this point, and that's even more explicitly a data-farming app than Pokémon GO is.
