I accidentally saved this as a jpg so the colors got garbled a bit but the idea was to tweak staryu's shiny so it looked more like the gen 6+ version and do Starmie's in the same color scheme.
I like 3D staryu's shiny because it's brighter white makes it look more like silver jewelry.
I decided last minute to use Starmie Purple for the gem instead of Blue and i kind of like it.
